UPDATE- mission trip promo 2024

We are offering opportunities for you to go global!  We are sponsoring trips via our Send Ministries department as well as we are offering the opportunity for you to participate on a trip with a member of CFC who is already planning to attend the respective trip.

During the month of January in the church lobby we are featuring promotions of the mission trip opportunities to engage in for 2024!  The foyer tables feature trips to Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Uruguay, Haiti, Costa Rica, Chile, Ghana, and more!  These exciting trips are being coordinated by members of CFC with a heart for missions!

San José, Costa Rica – July 27 – August 4, 2024 – Medical Missions Trip – COST: $2,850

COST INCLUDES: flights to/from IAD/DCA and San Jose, Costa Rica, along with in-country transportation, hotel lodging, all breakfasts, lunch on work days, supplies during the service volunteer trip, etc… – cost is entirely tax-deductible.  We will run four daily medical clinics, distribute medicines to those in need, offer prayer support to the indigenous people and organize activities for the local children.  Hotel costs are budgeted based on double occupancy, extra fees apply to those who desire to have their own room.  You do NOT need to have medical experience for this trip!

Men of Valor – Various Trips  – Ready for an Adventure? – 2024 promises to be very busy! MOV may be looking at 34 conferences in 17 countries this year! They are looking for mature, godly men from US churches to join trips to meet, pray, and encourage the men who attend and provide follow-up discipleship via videoconference. Interested? CURRENTLY ON ‘HOLD’ DUE TO CURRENT EVENTS IN-COUNTRY – KATW – Global Outreach Trip – Manta, Ecuador – July 14-20, 2024 – Cost: $1,310.00 (includes in country transportation, lodging, meals, etc.) plus airfare.  Come see the impact the food we packed here at our church in October is having in Ecuador!  We invite anyone and everyone interested in going on a trip with us to sign up and invite others to join you.  Our volunteer Global Outreach Trips are the “hands and feet” that get to go and see what God has purposed to do through Kids Around the World come to fruition — whether it is by giving kids the gift of play with a beautiful playground, providing nutritious meals, or sharing God’s story of His love for them.  Part of this week will be dedicated to building a playground and when it is all complete, we will have a huge celebration to dedicate it to the kids in the community.
