The Welcome Ministry mission is to create an environment where everyone that comes to CFC experiences the love of Christ, feels welcomed, cared for and supported.
We are the wide-open arms of Christ, welcoming everyone to come and join us.  We are the prelude to worship helping people to see and experience the warmth, caring, and encouragement that prepares them to encounter God.”
By understanding where people are today in their journey, and what they desire in a church, we can better connect them to the other ministries of Community Life, Spiritual Development, Family Ministries and Local Outreach. 

The Welcome Ministry Team is made up of greeters, ushers, Welcome/Information assistants, and baristas.
